PPB Capital Partners Promotes Amanda Bannon to Chief Operating Officer

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA, November 15, 2023 – PPB Capital Partners (“PPB”), a provider of alternative investment solutions and streamlined processing for wealth advisors, has promoted Amanda Bannon to Chief Operating Officer.

Bannon joined PPB in 2021 from a large alternative investment complex. She has a diverse background in compliance, operations and financial services technology solutions that streamline all operational aspects of the complexity around investing in private funds.

Since arriving at PPB, Bannon has streamlined the PPB platform onboarding process for wealth advisors and their clients. She has led the creation and deployment of a new, state-of-the-art, private labeled technology solution. Implementing this solution was an intensive project, requiring a transfer of historical data related to PPB’s entire book of fund structures.

Today, the result of her leadership is a wealth-advisor friendly, fully encrypted electronic subscription process, data room and turnkey data storage portal. This solution gives wealth advisors a fully compliant hub from which to easily manage all aspects of their private fund investing on behalf of their clients.

As Chief Operating Officer, Bannon will oversee PPB’s entire operational functions and expand her role to include a greater focus on mapping out the firm’s strategic plan and operational development targets. She will help to magnify PPB’s competitive edge in the market and explore additional ways to serve the US private wealth advisor community and their clients.

As PPB sets it goals on an even higher growth rate, Bannon will lead PPB’s charge to enhance the firm’s internal culture, manage vendor relationships and continue to oversee the private wealth advisor experience.

Bannon succeeds William Vastardis, who will continue to work with PPB Capital Partners in the role of Chief Advisory Officer. PPB’s senior management team will continue to use Vastardis as an important resource for operational and other business matters, calling on experience compiled throughout his 45-year career in the industry.

Prior to joining PPB, Bannon was a Senior Compliance Officer at Hamilton Lane Advisors responsible for overseeing the firm’s adherence to SEC rules and regulations and implementing technology solutions to create efficiency.
