PPB is pleased to introduce Candi Hughes, assisting as Controller for the firm.

Candi Hughes is a Principal and Founding Partner of NexTier Solutions, Inc., a financial accounting and operations consulting firm. She has over twenty years of experience in the investment management industry focusing on accounting, financial operations, business process improvement, audit, and fund administration. Prior to her work at NexTier Solutions, she was a Fund Controller at International Farming Corporation and Director of Securities Operations & Controller at Hatteras Funds.

Candi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill, and a Master’s in Accounting from Syracuse University. She has earned professional designations as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), and CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
