Dynamic, Driven and Diligent from Drexel

PPB Capital Partners proudly participates in Drexel University’s esteemed Co-op education program.   As “one of the oldest and most expansive university cooperative education programs in the world,” Drexel partners with 1,500 employers across 31 states and 38 countries.  Students are provided with up to three, six-month assignments that give them invaluable insight into their chosen field of study. These positions complement their academic pursuits and provide real-world experience before graduating. The interviewing and selection process is competitive, as the students participate in up to three rounds of interviews, both on campus and onsite at the prospective employer’s offices. PPB has been involved with the Drexel Co-op program for several years and is proud to be a part of the development process for these bright young minds.

While it may first appear to be a standard college internship, the Drexel Co-op experience is much more immersive. PPB Co-ops work full time for 6 months and become true members of the team. They assist in day-to-day operations, longer-term projects, and are a key component to the continuous development and improvement of our systems and initiatives. Areas of concentration for their roles include business development, database management, research, business communication, marketing, client services, and administrative support.  PPB is committed to providing a well-rounded work environment experience, and positions key members of the team as mentors for the students.  We truly believe we are “investing” in the future financial leaders of tomorrow.
