Bob Oros is the former Chairman and CEO of Hightower Advisors, one of the largest and most respected independent wealth management firms in the United States. Hightower Advisors and their affiliates are perennially ranked as an industry-leading RIA that manages over $308 billion in client assets across 142 financial advisory practices in 36 states.

With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Oros brings deep expertise in strategic growth, advisor engagement, and wealth management innovation.

He is widely regarded as a transformative figure in the RIA and wealth management ecosystem, having successfully led organizations through periods of rapid expansion and industry change.
