William E. Vastardis

Chief Advisory Officer

Bill Vastardis has worked alongside PPB Capital Partners‘ leadership team for several years, developing advisor-centric technology systems designed to improve onboarding, communications and reporting. Bill was a professional consultant to PPB from 2008-2011 and served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer before assuming his current role of Chief Advisory Officer.

He has nearly 45 years of experience in the fund administration industry, beginning his career in 1978. Over the years, Bill has performed consultant work in the industry and founded and grown his own business to a significant size.

Prior to his work with PPB, Bill was Chairman of Conifer Financial Services where he oversaw global operations of the firm. He helped grow Conifer to $110 billion in assets under administration before it was acquired by SS&C Technologies in 2016. Additionally, Bill founded Vastardis Capital Services in 2003, serving as its President and CEO  until its merger with Conifer in 2014.

Bill and his spouse reside in Palm Springs, Calif., where they are growing their own hospitality management company. Bill enjoys traveling the world and spending time with his family, including his three French bulldogs. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University.
