Director, Advisor Relations

Matt Williams serves as Director, Advisor Relations at PPB Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s business development efforts across New Jersey, Upstate New York, and Long Island. In his role, Matt consults with and supports the complex needs of private wealth advisors.

Since joining PPB in 2023, Matt has helped expand the firm’s presence in key markets by developing strategic relationships and focusing on a consultative approach to educating advisors on alternative asset classes.

With family relatives in the asset management space since the 1970s, Matt grew up around financial markets and as a result, developed a genuine curiosity for industry. He transformed that curiosity into a real passion when he was granted the opportunity to work as an advisor for the wealth management division of Firstrust Bank.

Matt is a resident of Haddonfield, N.J., and enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. In his personal endeavors, Matt is an ambassador for THE REAL Mental Health Foundation, an initiative dedicated to addressing mental health challenges globally by fostering conversation, community, and innovation.
