Associate, Advisor Relations
Cole Ablow joined PPB Capital Partners in June of 2024 as an Associate, Advisor Relations, on our internal distribution team. He is a recent graduate of High Point University, where he received his BSBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
Prior to PPB, Cole held internships at various financial firms in the Northeast. Most recently, he interned for a long/short US equity fund called CastleRock Investors LLC, out of midtown New York. He was tasked with sourcing capital for the firm’s seed funding raising efforts. Additionally, Cole has internship experience at Claro Advisors, an RIA, out of Boston, MA, and an investment firm called Y2X out of New York.
Cole is originally from Northshore, Massachusetts, and most recently lived in the South End of Boston before moving to Philadelphia. He is a lifelong Boston sports fan and enjoys playing tennis, golf, and Texas Hold’em.
Lance Baker joined PPB Capital Partners as Chief Financial Officer in 2019. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in fund structuring, operations, investment management, financial reporting, treasury functions and investor relations. Lance is a vital member of PPB’s leadership team as the firm continues its growth pattern.
He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Hatteras Funds, having played an integral role in raising, managing and distributing more than $6 billion in assets across two highly successful, and innovative, investment platforms. Prior to joining Hatteras Funds, Lance was vice president of operations at Smith Breeden Associates, and a manager at the accounting firm, BDO.
Lance resides in Chapel Hill, N.C., with his family. He enjoys trivia contests, reading biographies and U.S. history books. He is an avid North Carolina basketball fan and enjoys spending his time caddying for his sons in junior golf tournaments and serves as the assistant golf coach at East Chapel High School. Lance is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. He also holds both the CFA charter and CPA license.
Chief Operating Officer
Amanda Bannon joined PPB Capital Partners in 2021 and was promoted to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Her extensive experience in both compliance and private fund operations has been a tremendous asset to PPB, its staff and wealth advisor partners. Since arriving, Bannon has streamlined the PPB platform onboarding process for wealth advisors and their clients. She led the creation and deployment of a new, state-of-the-art, private-labeled technology solution. Implementing this solution was an intensive project, requiring a transfer of historical data related to PPB’s entire book of fund structures.
As Chief Operating Officer, Amanda plays an integral role in implementing PPB’s business growth plans, evaluates staffing needs and coordinates the internal processes with other senior managers. Additionally, facilitates and communicates risk mitigation strategies across the firm. Her work is key to vetting and onboarding new fund managers and wealth advisors embarking on their relationship with PPB. Once onboarded, she ensures they maintain seamless access to the platform.
Prior to joining PPB, Amanda was a Senior Compliance Officer at Hamilton Lane Advisors where she implemented some of the team’s technology solutions and helped preserve the firm’s compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
Amanda resides in Lafayette Hill, Pa., with her husband. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and traveling to new places and spending time with friends and family—including their miniature goldendoodle, Brinkley. Amanda received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
Vice President, Fund Operations
Len Bondarchuk joined PPB Capital Partners in 2022 with more than 15 years of experience in the alternative investments space, specializing in fund accounting and business operations. As a Vice President, Fund Operations, Len is a primary connection between PPB and wealth advisor partners.
Before arriving at PPB, Len was the corporate controller in a family-owned business and has an extensive background in financial services. He was previously a Vice President on the Global Fund Services team at BlackRock Financial Services. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs, focusing on operational tasks associated with hedge funds and fund-of-fund structures.
Len resides in Richboro, Pa., with his wife and three children. He enjoys rooting for Philadelphia’s sports teams, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Len was born in Odessa, Ukraine, and he received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
Assistant Vice President, Investor Data Services
Christopher Bucks joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as an Assistant Vice President, Investor Data Services. His main role ensures that the wealth advisor experience runs smoothly, and interacts with wealth advisors to see that service requests related to the platform are handled properly and in a timely manner.
Prior to joining PPB, Chris spent more than seven years at Teleflex, managing projects involving complex data and analysis. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy and development, with a focus on M&A, NPD and strategic planning.
Chris and his fiancée reside in Reading, Pa., with their three corgis. He stays active by playing and coaching soccer. He graduated from Albright College with a double-major in Marketing and Economics.
Chief Investment Officer
As Chief Investment Officer at PPB Capital Partners, Frank Burke is a valuable resource for wealth advisors looking for guidance as they provide their high-net-worth investors entry to private investment strategies. Frank is a 24-year veteran with extensive experience in the portfolio construction processes for both individual clients and custom fund-of-funds.
Prior to joining PPB in 2017, he was a senior member of the portfolio management team at Hatteras Funds, managing several of the firm’s alternative investment fund-of-funds and co-investment strategies. Earlier in his career, Frank helped source managers and built alternative investment portfolios at various multi-family offices including Abbot Downing (formerly Calibre Investment Consulting) and GenSpring family offices.
Frank resides in Exton, Pa., with his wife and daughter. He is an avid college basketball fan, frequently attending regular and postseason games with his family—including the Final Four in 2016 and 2018 to witness his Villanova Wildcats be crowned champions. He earned an MBA at the Fuqua School at Duke University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and holds CFA and CAIA charters.
Managing Director, Advisor Relations
Evan Deussing joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 to lead the external and internal sales distribution teams and manage PPB’s business development strategies. He brings more than 20 years of financial investment sales in various roles for different firms.
Most recently, Evan was the Executive Director, IBD/RIA Business Development and Divisional Sales Manager for FS Investments. Prior to his tenure with FS Investments, he served in various sales roles at Prudential Annuities and as a financial advisor for PNC Investment Services.
Evan, his wife and three children live in Haddonfield, N.J. He enjoys supporting all Philadelphia sports teams, DIY projects and running a real estate investment business. Evan earned his bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University.
Executive Director, Advisor Relations
Carson Coyle arrived at PPB Capital Partners in 2020, bringing with him a decade of experience in fund operations and administration. He is an expert at streamlining the client experience and creating efficiencies throughout the fund creation process. He currently focuses on supporting the needs of wealth advisors in the mid-Atlantic states of Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania as well as Northern Virginia.
Before transitioning to his current role at PPB, Carson was a Vice President of operations, helping wealth advisors maintain a seamless client experience. He used his innovative approach to spearhead the development of PPB’s state-of-the-art client portal. Prior to PPB, Carson supervised a team of operations analysts at SEI Investments in the Investor Servicing Department.
Carson lives in South Philadelphia with his wife and two sons—supporting all Philadelphia sports teams—and enjoys spending summers on the beaches of Stone Harbor, N.J. He received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Maryland.
Executive Director, Advisor Relations
Jeremy Diem joined PPB Capital Partners in 2021 and has more than 18 years of experience building business relationships with wealth advisors across both institutional and private channels. In his role at PPB, Jeremy focuses on supporting the complex needs of private wealth advisors in the eastern and southern United States.
Prior to joining PPB, Jeremy founded Cave Creek Investments where he provided third-party marketing services for asset managers. He has held senior sales positions at Edge Capital Group and Dakota. Jeremy also has experience collaborating with wealth advisories in the wirehouse and independent channels at The Hartford and ING.
Jeremy and his family live in West Chester, Pa. He is a passionate Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles fan. He enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time outdoors with his family. Jeremy earned both his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from Penn State University.
Director, Fund Accounting
Marco DiMemmo joined PPB Capital Partners in 2022 as Director of Fund Accounting. In this role, he is streamlining accounting processes for improved efficiency, and researching new ways to engage with PPB’s vendors around fund administration. Marco is also responsible for cross training employees on the nuances of the fund accounting team’s strategy and coordinating with PPB’s operations team to create integrated processes that provide critical support for new funds.
He’s spent more than 15 years in various fund accounting positions, most recently as Director of Alternative Investment Funds at SEI Investments, managing a team of analysts and supervisors. He was also a Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and a Senior Fund Accountant at BNP Paribas Financial Services.
Marco, his wife and two children live in West Chester, Pa. He enjoys vacationing and spending time with them, especially playing sports with his kids. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University.
Vice President, Fund Operations
Michael Everhart joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023, bringing more than 10 years of alternative investments experience. In his role as Vice President, Fund Operations, he is an essential member of our onboarding team and is an important connection with PPB’s wealth advisor clients, coordinating streamlined processes for capital calls, distributions, and other back-office tasks.
Prior to joining PPB, Michael was Head of Operations at Lionstone Capital Management, where he was responsible for all middle- and back-office functions while also supporting the compliance and accounting teams. His operations experience also includes tenures with EACM Advisors, MFS, and Oppenheimer.
Michael resides in West Chester, PA, with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with family, is a volunteer firefighter, and spends his summers in Sea Isle City, N.J. He earned his degree from Northeastern University.
Associate, Advisor Relations
Travis Finkel joined PPB Capital Partners in 2022 with five years of prior experience in alternative investments. As an Associate on the Advisor Relations team, Travis works closely with wealth advisors to address their alternative investment needs and supports the firm’s external sales and distribution efforts.
Before joining PPB, Travis was an Associate at Private Market Connect—a joint venture between Hamilton Lane and S&P Global—focused on increasing reporting transparency in alternative investments. He led teams responsible for overseeing portfolio data published to institutional Limited Partners and General Partners on S&P’s iLEVEL platform. Travis began his career as an Analyst at Hamilton Lane.
Based in Philadelphia, Travis is an avid golfer. A native of Long Island, he remains a dedicated fan of his favorite New York sports teams: the Rangers, Mets, and Jets. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
Assistant Vice President, Fund Accounting
Ashley Gamez joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as an Assistant Vice President, Fund Accounting. She has a 15-year background in the field, six of which were specific to fund accounting of alternative investment solutions. At PPB, Ashley oversees accounting related matters pertaining to individual funds on the platform.
Prior to joining PPB, she worked as a Senior Fund Accountant for Athas Capital Partners, a mortgage lender in Calabasas, Calif., and managed The Rama Fund, it’s underlying fund of more than 500 individual investors.
Ashley resides with her family in Los Angeles. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family. Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge.
Chris Gevertz has been with PPB Capital Partners as its human resources director since April 2020. She draws on more than 20 years of experience in HR management to focus on benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, and workforce strategy. For PPB, she is the main point of contact for talent recruitment, employee training and leadership development.
She serves as the Human Resources Director for NexTier Solutions, Inc., a financial accounting and operations consulting firm. Prior to joining NexTier, Chris held the role of Director of People for CLEAN, an advertising and design firm. She was also the Director of Human Resources for Hatteras Funds and Director of Operations for SKC-ESRD Network 6.
Chris resides in Raleigh, N.C., with her family, where she enjoys playing tennis and golf. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
Director, Advisor Relations
Anton Golding joined PPB Capital Partners in November 2022 as an Associate, Fund Manager Analyst. This is his second tenure with PPB, having been a co-op as an undergraduate at Drexel University in 2018 and 2019. In his current role, Anton works alongside the investment and advisor relations teams providing private wealth advisors entry to premier alternative investment managers through single purpose vehicles and customized fund-of-funds.
He was previously a Senior Analyst at PNC Capital Advisors, where he worked with senior staff and portfolio managers to maintain institutional client relationships, construct customized fixed income portfolios and support other business development initiatives. In addition to his prior experience with PPB and his work as a fixed income specialist, Anton has held research, analysis and private banking assistance positions at PNC Advantage Equity and Brown Brothers Harriman, & Co.
Anton received his bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis on finance and political science from Drexel University. He resides in Philadelphia and is a lifelong student of history and music, and he enjoys traveling to new cities and countries.
Associate, Investment Analyst
John “Jack” Gray joined PPB Capital Partners in 2024 as an investment analyst on the firm’s Fund Manager Relations team. A May 2024 graduate of Vanderbilt University and an International Baccalaureate recipient, Jack brings a strong academic foundation and a diverse range of professional experiences to PPB.
Before joining PPB, Jack was a Project Consultant at SolomonEdwards, where he led an internal analysis to streamline company communications and operational processes, while leveraging AI tools to optimize case study dissemination. At Analytics Research Group LLC, he analyzed Nielsen TV rating data to support a $200 million royalty distribution to the client. During his time at Ventura Wealth Management, he conducted investment research that informed decisions for a $0.5 billion portfolio.
John moved to the Philadelphia area from San Francisco in 2008, bringing with him a deep loyalty to the 49ers and Giants, though the Eagles and Phillies hold a close second place in his heart. He now enjoys playing golf and recently welcomed a Chocolate Lab puppy.
Director, Sales Operations
Jon Kopsick joined PPB Capital Partners in 2021 as an Associate, Advisor Relations. In this role he provides critical support of the firm’s sales, marketing, distribution and CRM efforts.
Before arriving at PPB, Jon was a district manager for ADP, providing authorized legal and human resources consultation for small businesses across various industries. Jon’s previous roles at ADP, JPL Law, and the Office of the District Attorney of Delaware County (Media, Pa.) have given him a diverse background in three key areas—sales, marketing and legal—that serve him well in his current role.
Jon is a resident of Media, Pa., enjoys creating music, playing golf, eating healthy and staying fit. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning a degree in political science and government.
Vice President, Fund Operations
Carly Kramer joined the fund operations team at PPB Capital Partners in 2021. She has a diverse background in fund administration and accounting, with concentrated experience in organization and process simplification. While managing operations for PPB’s fund-of-fund and feeder fund clients, she is also developing automated accounting processes that streamline tasks of the fund operations team.
Prior to joining PPB, she spent time at SEI Investments as an analyst and supervisor for both hedge fund and private equity fund accounting administration teams. She simplified the monthly/quarterly accounting processes for her clients and supervised an accounting team that focused on bank debt investments.
Carly lives in Eagleville, Pa., and enjoys spending time with family and on the beaches of her home state of Delaware. She is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in finance.
Founder and CEO
Brendan Lake is the architect of PPB Capital Partners’ alternative investment vision, a streamlined, turnkey approach for U.S. wealth advisors to solve for accessing institutional quality alternative investment solutions.
After launching PPB in July 2008, Brendan built the company through the great financial crisis by staying committed to his original vision—to bridge the gap of accessing and operating alternative investment solutions.
Prior to founding PPB, he co-founded Pacer Financial LLC, a start-up that developed alternative investment products for U.S. private wealth advisors. Brendan started his career with PLANCO, a national investment product marketing firm where he served as a regional marketing director.
Brendan, his wife and daughter live in Villanova, Pa. He is committed to his faith and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Philadelphia born and bred, he earned a master’s degree from the Fels Institute, University of Pennsylvania after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
Director, Investment Specialist
Peter Light joined PPB Capital Partners as a Director, Investment Specialist, in 2025 to support the capital raise efforts and expansion of investment offerings on PPB’s Capital Market Solutions (CMS) platform. He brings to PPB over 12 years of experience educating and marketing alternative investments to wealth advisors.
Prior to joining PPB, Peter worked at FS Investments as a Regional Director covering the Midwest territory within the IBD/RIA channel, marketing a diverse platform of alternative investments to independent advisors. In the earlier part of his adult life, before returning to school at Columbia University and transitioning to a career in financial services, Peter was a professional drummer based out of New York and Los Angeles, including several years as the house band drummer on NBC’s “Lat Call with Carson Daly” in the 2000s.
Peter resides in Haddonfield, NJ with his wife and two children. When he’s not drumming, running, or golfing, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Senior Associate, Fund Operations
Vikki McLaughlin has been at PPB Capital Partners since 2020. As a Senior Associate, Fund Operations, she is a key liaison between the firm and wealth advisors. Vikki manages the daily fund operations of PPB’s feeder funds and supports the operations team to create efficiencies around document filing and search functions.
Vikki came to PPB with experience in both client service and relationship management, undertaking client onboarding, vendor/contractor management and accounting duties for multi-state companies. Additionally, she has supported the logistical efforts of senior leadership in several different industries.
She resides in Philadelphia with her dog, Olive. Vikki enjoys attending concerts and has a passion for learning about holistic health and wellness.
Director, Advisor Relations
Joe Monaghan joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 and has more than seven years of experience building business relationships with wealth advisors across all channels—including RIAs, independent broker dealers and wirehouses. His role at PPB will support the alternative investment solution needs of private wealth advisors in the southwestern states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah as well as Southern California.
Prior to joining PPB, Joe held internal and external sales roles at Clark Capital Management Group and FS Investments. In those positions, he gained exposure to the needs of the high-net-worth investor market and provided wealth advisors access to different opportunities to grow that segment of their business through alternative investments, separately managed accounts and other offerings. He also worked at BizEquity, assisting retail banks with their fintech needs, and spent time as a performance and data analyst at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co.
Originally from Philadelphia, Joe resides in the Phoenix area. He is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. He enjoys playing golf, tennis and is currently training to complete an Ironman triathlon. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Chestnut Hill College where he was a two-year captain of the baseball team.
Associate, Advisor Relations Team Lead
Ryan Moore joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023. As an Associate, Advisor Relations, he provides critical support to the firm’s external sales, marketing, distribution, and CRM efforts.
He has more than eight years of experience in financial planning for high-net-worth clients. In that role, Ryan was a key liaison between the partners of the firm and its client base, handling questions and requests and assisting a growing book of business. Working for a firm associated with a large broker-dealer, he was able to earn a comprehensive understanding of the advisory aspects of the business at the client level and at the firm level.
Ryan and his wife reside in West Chester, Pa. He enjoys time with his family, playing sports, hiking, volunteering at his local church, and traveling. He attended Liberty University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Planning.
Director, Fund Operations
Alyssa Nefferdorf joined PPB Capital Partners in 2015 as one of the original members of the firm’s fund operations team. Now as Director, Fund Operations, she oversees the team that maintains the vital day-to-day relationship with PPB’s wealth advisor partners, using its combined experience to build custom processes that meet the needs of each client. Alyssa provides wealth advisors with opportunities to expand their relationship and engage new clients as they are onboarded to PPB’s platform.
The fund operations team has developed fund data aggregation processes that create efficiencies to streamline standard procedure workflows. She is an expert in team- and self-management and is the foremost resource for PPB’s offshore funds and fund regulatory filing workloads.
Alyssa resides with her family in Newtown Square, Pa. She regularly volunteers with charitable groups, including the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. She is also a registered Notary in Pennsylvania. She received her degree in Accounting from Neumann College.
Director, Advisor Relations
Deshawn Peterson joined PPB Capital Partners in 2022, bringing a decade of experience in a variety of business development functions. His role is vital to the advisor relations team, as he supports PPB’s client-facing associates. He coordinates the business development infrastructure through a centralized project reporting process that encompasses marketing, business development, CIO activities and other initiatives related to PPB’s business goals.
With experience across several industries—ranging from technology to financial services—Deshawn’s professional life has taken him around the world, gaining a global perspective on capital markets and client needs. In his most recent role, he was based in Shanghai, China where he was a wealth manager advising global high-net-worth individuals across eastern Asia.
Deshawn lives in Philadelphia, is a fitness enthusiast and speaks Mandarin. He enjoys outdoor activities and participating in distance obstacle course races, such as Spartan Races. Deshawn appreciates reading and maintains a personal goal of reading one book a month. He is a native of Detroit and received his bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.
Director, Marketing
Kris Reybitz leads marketing at PPB Capital Partners. She is responsible for strategic development and execution of marketing programs to drive business growth. With proven experience in initiating and cultivating digital marketing programs, Kris joined the firm in 2023 to manage and expand digital marketing efforts and lead integrated marketing campaign strategies. She brings 20 years of industry experience in both finance and marketing.
Prior to joining PPB, Kris led digital strategy and campaigns at SEI Investments for the Institutional business and served in various marketing functions throughout her tenure.
Kris lives here in Conshohocken with her husband and their two daughters. She enjoys volunteering in her girls’ activities, fitness, family bike rides, and visiting small towns. Kris earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
Associate, Inside Sales Coordinator
Sophia Royle joined PPB Capital Partners in 2024 as an Associate, Inside Sales Coordinator.
Most recently, Sophia worked as a Territory Manager for Priority1, where she onboarded new customers and coordinated client management and business development as an outside sales representative. At Priority1, she qualified for and attended the company’s elite sales training program in Houston, Texas. Prior to Priority1, she worked in several internships within public relations and communications roles where she assisted with business development activities.
Sophia obtained her bachelor’s from the University of Arizona, including 1 semester spent studying in Barcelona, Spain.

Thomas Sabol joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as an Associate, Fund Operations. His seven years of experience in investments, compliance and client services will be vital as he ensures a seamless execution of fund management operations between PPB and industry partners.
He joined PPB from the National Philanthropic Trust where he was an investment operations and compliance associate, helping to facilitate daily processing functions and compliance monitoring. Thomas also held a senior client service specialist role at BNY Mellon Investment Management, aggregating data from multiple sources to be delivered with shareholder account reporting.
Thomas and his wife reside in Lafayette Hill, Pa. Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, spending time with family and supporting the Philadelphia Phillies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Franciscan University.

Rajsa Simoni has joined the dynamic team at PPB Capital Partners as a Marketing Associate, where she spearheads innovative email campaigns, engaging webinars, and impactful events, all designed to enhance our Advisor Relations objectives.
With a strategic mind, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for marketing, Rajsa brings over ten years of expertise in crafting content and executing successful campaigns. Before joining PPB, she honed her skills in the finance sector, developing streamlined processes for webinars, events, and email campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive product promotion, and precisely target audiences.
Rajsa lives in Philadelphia and loves to cook, read, and learn new languages. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and is proficient in four languages.
Director, Investor Data Services
Trevor Smith joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as a Director, Investor Data Services. He has more than seven years of experience in project management and product ownership. At PPB, Trevor heads project initiatives for the firm’s digital wealth advisor interface, the PPB Platform.
Prior to joining PPB, Trevor was a Manager of Product Development at American Express, where he was responsible for managing product development for a global risk underwriting application and providing enhancements for end users. In addition to his role at American Express, Trevor’s FinTech project management background has served him well in past senior-level product development and platform management positions at American Express, Chubb and Discover Financial Services.
Trevor and his wife reside in Wilmington, Del. He enjoys playing soccer, biking, completing DIY projects and attending live concerts and comedy shows. He received a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Wilmington University. He also obtained PMP and PMI-ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute.
Senior Vice President, Fund Operations
Ryan Stumpp joined PPB Capital Partners in 2018 and has played an integral part in streamlining the firm’s fund operations and administration processes. He has been a key player in PPB’s growth and has helped bring the firm’s client experience improvements to fruition.
Prior to joining PPB, Ryan worked in various roles throughout different industries. He coordinated the logistical aspects of freight shipments, creating the most economically efficient method for companies that use third-party shipping and storage vendors. He also worked for a service that provides expert witness referrals to litigators, recommending witnesses and interviewing new experts to potentially add to the pool provided by the service.
Ryan lives in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., and spends his spare time trying new recipes and supporting Philadelphia’s sports teams. He also enjoys playing golf and spending summers at the Jersey Shore. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
Associate, Investor Data Coordinator
Dylan Walsh joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as an Associate, Investor Data Coordinator. He has several years of experience in project implementation and software, specializing in data management, data cleaning and data readiness. At PPB, Dylan oversees the launch of the firm’s digital wealth advisor interface, the PPB platform. He will lead the charge of the data onboarding processes for the firm’s wealth advisor partners.
Prior to joining PPB, Dylan worked as an implementation and support specialist at DDI/Advantive. He was responsible for onboarding new clients to the Inform software platform and provided support to existing clients.
Dylan resides in Barnegat, N.J., where he was born and raised. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family and is an avid technology enthusiast. Dylan received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Chester University and an additional Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stockton University.
Director, Fund Development
Michael J. Weckwerth joined PPB Capital Partners (“PPB”) in 2024 as the Director, Fund Development, and works with wealth advisors to determine the legal structure and terms for their products, develop operating agreements, subscription documents, term sheets, and initiate legal filings. He has more than 25 years of experience in servicing registered and private investment companies.
Prior to PPB, Michael spent more than 15 years as senior vice president of U.S. Bancorp Global Fund Services, LLC (“GFS”) and most recently was the Director of Revenue Strategy for GFS, leading revenue enhancement generation for the company. Prior to that position, he held roles serving as SVP- Relationship Management and VP- Alternative Investments at GFS, where he managed teams responsible for servicing solutions for asset managers with products across a multitude of registered and unregistered products, including open-end mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, unit investment trusts, collective trust funds, limited government investment pools, business development companies, and alternative investment products.
Michael, his wife Jennifer, and his two children live in Brookfield, WI. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and their two dogs. He currently serves as Trustee of Total Fund Solution, which is a multiple series trust (“MST”) for open-end mutual funds that combines the administrative and operational efficiencies of an MST with comprehensive sales and marketing services. Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University.
Director, Advisor Relations
Matt Williams joined PPB Capital Partners in 2023 as an Associate, Advisor Relations. In this role he provides critical support of the firm’s sales, marketing, distribution and CRM efforts.
Before arriving at PPB, Matt was a Sales Development Representative for 15Five, enabling HR leaders to increase employee engagement and performance across their organizations. Matt’s previous experiences at 15Five and Firstrust Financial Resources have given him a unique insight into consultative sales, relationships and problem solving.
Matt is a resident of Haddonfield, N.J., and enjoys time with his family, playing golf, trying new recipes and exercising whenever he gets the chance. He attended High Point University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and a minor in French Studies.
